Aiming for Excellence: Our Mission and Studio Philosophy
The mission of North Spokane Music Studio is to provide a positive environment for musical creation and learning. By joining North Spokane Music Studio, you will not only gain expertise in the performance practice of violin and piano and an appreciation for the various facets of music, but also an appreciation for personal growth through the study of music. Ms. Stamm teaches with the mindset that the overall success of each individual student is primary. Her philosophy is person first, musician second. Ms. Stamm believes the influence of a teacher is priceless, therefore there is a genuine interest in each student's well-being and invests one hundred percent in each and every student.
With that at the forefront of the business, it is encouraged that students and families adopt the same philosophy. While the purpose of this studio is not to guide each student to pursue music professionally, it is the hope all students and parents will invest the same energy as that of the instructor to create a professional and positive atmosphere. The enrichment of each person's life is of the utmost importance in North Spokane Music Studio, and it cannot be done without the support of the parents and willingness of the student.
As an instructor, Ms. Stamm strives to continually study and learn various methods of teaching, find ways to engage students in music through various venues, and stretches herself to grow as an effective teacher to any and all students. She cares about being the best teacher she can be, and is known for her excellent communication skills with the students and parents to meet the needs of each student as much as possible.
